The Weeknd – Earned It (Fifty Shades of Grey – Movie) – Nominee for Best Achievement in music written for motion pictures (Original song)

This was one of my favorite songs from 2015. I feel that this  young man, reminds us of Prince intertwined with Maxwell. When he sings, he truly feels for the woman he is so madly in love with. Listen to the lyrics that worships and adorns a woman.  As a woman myself, I appreciate a man who loves his woman and has discovered ways to poetically memorize her and that is exactly what he does with this song. And it has earned him an Oscar nominations, for best achievement in music written for potion pictures, Fifty Shades of Grey. p.s. the video is very risqué, viewers discretion.

About, The former World Heavyweight Champion Rocky Balboa serving as a trainer and mentor to Adonis Johnson, the son of his late friend and former rival Apollo Creed.

Jordan, also played lead role in the movie, Fruitvalle, documented after a Oakland California Native, killed by Bart police officers on New Year’s Day. Oscar Grant, a victim of police brutality directed by Ryan Coogler.

Although, both Jordan & Cooper were not officially nominated, it is an honor, to have one of the characters in this young Oakland CA native, movie recognized, under the direction of Ryan Coogler and opposite Michael B. Jordan. We applaud all the people involved with the production of the movie, and praise our two millennial who create waves and notice to the academy.
